• Employed by large Apartment Management Company in Tarrant County.
  • As the head maintenace technician I was responsible for maintaining appliances, electrical, plumbing, air conditioners, heaters, and maintaining damaged units.
• Graduate of "Lindsey Cooper School of Refrigeration" - 1977
  • After graduation I worked for one of the largest Air Conditioning companies in Tarrant County as a service technician.  I performed installation, maintence and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

• Employed by large Telecommunications Company.

  • Held many different jobs with increasing responsibility over a 28 year career.

  • 1000's of hours of electrical training, including inspections, creating processes, and managing nationwide group that published procedures for installing, maintaining, and removing electrical components and building maintenance.

  • Commercial building inspections

  • Project managed building repairs and maintenance.

• Graduate of American Home Inspection training.

• Licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Home Inspector #10491 

• HUD/FHA licensed inspector #D578

• Certified by InfraRed in Thermal Imaging.

• Certified by International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

 

In addition to my 35 years experience in the industry, I feel my strength is not only identifying crucial issues, but communicating them to the client.  I will discuss the inspection with you until you feel comfortable with the findings.
