Thermal Imaging

Whether you are getting a Home Inspection for a new purchase, or an Energy Inspection, make sure your inspector uses Thermal Imaging. These are some pictures that show the importance of Infra-red Technology.


  

The feeder lead in this panel was, wait for it 450 DEGREES!  Thermal imaging caught this scary hot lead and may have saved a fire.  I contacted the realtor and they dispatched an electrician to correct the problem.
